    Nice!! I think you mentioned something very important: not been afraid of medicines.
    Medicines for depression, panic attacks, etc are such a taboo.. but ive taken them myself, and at the moment i was prescribed with one of them i was feeling very bad and i dont imagine myself if by that moment i wouldn´t have taken them.
    Of course it is very important that those medicines are controlled by a dr. But we have to do something so that this medicines are not seen as a taboo.
    And i as you say, the medicines make part of the work, but we make the other part.
