I registered just so I could comment on this video. This is actually great advice. My boyfriend recently broke up with me because he couldn’t handle when I would have depression and social anxiety issues. I felt as though he was my only friend and it felt really lonely without him. I have been actually trying to reach out to my friends I stopped talking to. I was told by another friend that old friends were friends at some point in your life so it is always worth trying to reconnect. They will be even be happy to hear from you and get you through what you’re feeling. It really is just as simple as letting important people in your life know how you are feeling and not holding it in yourself.
