I don’t talk about it. I’ve just been recently diagnosed with type II bipolar disorder, I’m still on the process to get the right dose of the meds I’m taking, and I feel bad talking about it. Bad things have happened when I talk about it, I don’t have friends anymore, people just think I’m different or something, and I don’t have the guts yet to talk about it outside my family. I totally connected with this video, I’m actually feeling better about this disease and I’m now hopeful that good people who understand will come my way. Thank you so much!
